Saturday, May 9th is World Collage Day.

World Collage Day is about artists connecting across borders. It is a celebration of an art medium that brings different things together to create new forms and alternative ways of thinking.

"The Artist as Curator," at the offices of California State senator Scott Weiner, will have a dozen artists curating the walls. For my part, I have arranged with San Francisco gallery owner/photographer Misho to show examples of our collaborative work. We selected abstract photographs from Misho's collection, and I painted on top of them.
