"Ash"

This piece sparkles with a milky way made of paint spatter and iridescent glitter. The map is from Green Bay, WI, where I grew up until the middle of my 2nd grade. Our house was on a tree-lined street just a few blocks from the Green Bay Packers' stadium.

Paper collage, paint and glitter on 3/4 inch thick Ash wood sample. Finished with high-gloss ArtResin.

Overall size is approximately 10 x 6-1/4 x 1-5/8 inches deep. 
Spacers on the back float the piece off the wall.
