Day 1: Excitement

The lead up to the election and the days afterward were intense. When the news outlets finally confirmed that Biden and Harris had won, people here in San Francisco were cheering and honking in the streets. I was absolutely thrilled and relieved.

On this day of the inauguration, I am excited for the future of our country. I am excited to have a President and VP I can respect, and who show through their actions that they will represent all of us.
