"Where Shall We Go?...Today!"

I lived outside Boston for a 6 month internship in 1984. During that time, my now-husband and I sent lots of letters back and forth with collages on the envelopes, so this piece contains a bit of our history. The question "Where shall we go?" has been answered--we've gone all over the world together.

I wonder how many other people have collaged things to the envelopes they sent?--I have been doing it since grade school.

Paper collage on 1/2 inch thick reclaimed plywood. Finished with high-gloss ArtResin epoxy.

Overall size is approximately 7 x 7 x 1 inch deep. 
Spacers on the back float the piece off the wall.
