February 14th, 2020 The Artist as Curator

RSVP required!

I have been invited by Senator Scott Weiner and Joseph Abatti to participate in an art exhibit at the office of the Senator in the State of California Building, San Francisco.  "The Artist as Curator" will be an exhibit by San Francisco Bay Area artists, each curating a space as an opportunity to express something about their work, their influences, or collaborations with like-minded artists.

I have chosen to show a collection of pieces, "Spaced Together," done by myself and San Francisco photographer/gallery owner Misho, along with an original photograph from Misho and an original painting from myself. We selected abstract photographs from Misho, and I used them as inspiration to paint my robots on top.

Misho and I have had our collaborative artwork published in the entertainment section of the New York Times and sold through Costco, and our work is in the collection of Capital One Corporation. I am pleased to show examples of our "Spaced Together" collaboration at the offices of Senator Scott Weiner.

You can see pieces on my website.

RSVP is required for this free event. Security for the State of California building requires everyone attending to be listed in order to enter, so if you think you'd like to come, get on the list!
