I have been busy creating 50 artworks in 50 days for the Sanchez Art Center 50|50 Show. Over 50 artists were selected to participate, and each artist was supplied with 50 panels measuring 6 x 6 inches.
I cut my panels into flower shapes inspired by flowers I grew up with, and then painted and collaged them in rainbow colors. Each one is coated with matte UV-resistant varnish.
My series is called Flower Power
You can see all 50 at the show, plus 50 pieces from each of the other artists.
